Neva and Ralph Smith Scholarship

The Neva and Ralph Smith Scholarship is an endowment whose annual income distributions will be used to support student scholarships within Liberal Studies.

To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

• Recipients must be undergraduate students planning to pursue careers as educators at the elementary, secondary, or postsecondary level.
• Recipients must be participating in the Weber Honors College.
• Undergraduate students must be enrolled full-time.
• Recipients must be in good academic standing.
• Recipients must have financial need, as determined by the SDSU Financial Aid Office.
• Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.
• In order to graduate from the Weber Honors College, students are required to maintain a 3.2 GPA.
