Burnham Real Estate Services Scholarship

The Burnham Foundation Endowed Real Estate Scholarship is an endowment whose annual income distributions will be used to support student scholarships in the College of Business Administration’s Finance Department.

To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

  • Full-time enrollment is not required.
  • Recipients must be pursuing a Real Estate or Finance major. Preference will be given to Real Estate majors. If not enough qualified Real Estate applicants are available in any one year, the scholarship committee may recommend a student(s) pursuing a Finance major for the scholarships.
  • Recipients must be upper division undergraduate or master’s students.
  • Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 2.60 out of 4.00, or the arithmetic equivalent.
  • Undergraduate students are not required to be enrolled full-time.
  • Graduate students are not required to be enrolled full-time.
