The American Legion District 22 Endowed Veterans Scholarship
The American Legion District 22 Endowed Veterans Scholarship will support student veterans who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- Recipients must be pursuing a program of study at SDSU.
- Recipients must be enrolled in at least 6 units of study to remain eligible for this scholarship.
- Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or the arithmetic equivalent.
- Recipients must have served as active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States of America and have been discharged or released therefrom under conditions other than dishonorable.
- Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need, as determined by the SDSU Financial Aid Office.
- Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.
