The Cheryl L. and James F. Mason Scholarship

The Cheryl L. and James F. Mason Scholarship supports students pursuing a single subject teaching credential with a focus on mathematics or science within the College of Education.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

  • Recipients must be pursuing a single subject teaching credential with a focus on mathematics or science.
  • Recipients must have majored or minored in science, mathematics, technology or engineering while in earning their bachelor’s degree.
  • Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or the arithmetic equivalent.
  • Credential students are not required to be enrolled full-time
