Charles Wei-hsun Fu Center for Asian and Pacific Studies Endowed Scholarship
The Charles Wei-hsun Fu Center for Asian and Pacific Studies Endowed Scholarship will support students pursuing an academic program in the Center for Asian and Pacific Studies and the Linguistics and Asian/Middle Eastern Languages Department in the College of Arts and Letters.
To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- All class levels are eligible.
- Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, or the arithmetic equivalent.
- Recipients must have financial need, as determined by SDSU Financial Aid Office.
- Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.
- Recipients are not required to be enrolled full-time.
- Recipients must be enrolled in one of the following programs:
- Asian Studies (Chinese Studies & Language)
- Asian Studies
- Japanese
- Asian Studies
- Chinese
- Chinese Studies
- Japan Studies
- Japanese
- Korean Studies
- Award
- To be determined by the scholarship committee
