Transfer Student Opportunity Scholarship
The Transfer Student Opportunity Scholarship will provide scholarship support to transfer students at SDSU who have gained consistent work experience while attending college and demonstrate a commitment to their college education.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- All class levels are eligible.
- Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.00 or above.
- Recipients must have financial need, as determined by the SDSU Financial Aid Office.
- Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.
- Recipient must be a transfer student from a community college.
- Recipients must be employed at least 20 hours per week.
- Recipients are not required to be enrolled full-time.
