Steven L. Black Endowed Scholarship for Real Estate

The Steven L. Black Endowed Scholarship for Real Estate is to provide academic scholarships equal to the cost of in-state tuition, fees and books for SDSU students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Real Estate majors who are pursuing, or planning to pursue, a specialization in real estate development.

To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to Real Estate majors who are pursuing, or planning to pursue, a specialization in real estate development.
  • Recipients (including incoming students) must have and maintain a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, or the arithmetic equivalent.
  • Recipients must be enrolled full-time.
  • Recipients must be SDSU students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Real Estate from the College of Business Administration.
  • Recipients must be undergraduates.

Award
Up to the value of California resident basic tuition, fees, and books for one academic year. Award amount cannot be placed in one semester only.
