Kenneth, Keith, and Bertha Polk Twin Scholarship for Sociology

The Kenneth, Keith, and Bertha Polk Twin Scholarship for Sociology will provide scholarship support to first-generation students pursuing a major in Sociology in the College of Arts and Letters.

To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

• All class levels are eligible.
• Recipients must have financial need, as determined by the SDSU Financial Aid Office.
• Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.
• Recipients must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sociology.
• Recipients must be first-generation college students.
• Recipients are not required to be enrolled full-time.
