Cynthia J. Hooker Memorial Endowed Scholarship - School of Public Health

The Cynthia J. Hooker Memorial Endowed Scholarship – School of Public Health will provide scholarship support to students in the School of Public Health in the College of health and Human Services.

To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

• Recipients must be pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in the School of Public Health.
• Students within all MPH concentrations are eligible.
• Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00.
• Recipients must be enrolled full-time.
