Ken Perry Endowed Scholarship

The Ken Perry Endowed Scholarship will be utilized by the College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts for scholarships to students in the School of Public Affairs Public Administration program.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

  • Recipients must be students pursuing a degree in Public Administration.
  • All class levels are eligible.
  • Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.80 out of 4.00, or the arithmetic equivalent.
  • Recipients must be enrolled full-time.
  • Recipients must exemplify Ken Perry’s tradition of outstanding public administration by demonstrating competence, integrity and leadership with a career path toward work in public service.

Supplemental Questions
  1. Submit an essay (up to 500 words) describing a time when you had to make a decision which involved an ethical dilemma or challenge. This may be an event where you acted in a way that you found to be ethical or unethical. You must describe the situation, along with how ethics informed or impacted your decision. Then elaborate if and why you might make a different decision today.
