Shelley Bergum Higher Education Endowed Scholarship
The Shelley Bergum Higher Education Endowed Scholarship will provide scholarship support to students pursuing a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialization in Rehabilitation Technology in the Department of Administration, Rehabilitation and Postsecondary Education (ARPE) in the College of Education.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- Recipients must be pursuing a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialization in Rehabilitation Technology.
- Incoming student(s) who have yet to declare the specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling are not eligible.
- Graduate students are not required to be enrolled full-time.

- Submit an essay (max. 500 words) describing your life experiences/observations that led to your interest in rehabilitation technology and what you intend to do with the degree after completion of the program. For applicants who have received the Shelley Bergum Higher Education Endowed Scholarship in the past, reflect on your past year in the program and the difference this scholarship has made during your educational journey.
