Rabbi Aaron and Jeanne Gold Scholarship
The Rabbi Aaron and Jeanne Gold Endowment is to provide support for scholarships to students studying abroad in Israel and for those pursuing a major or minor in the Modern Jewish Studies program in the College of Arts and Letters.
To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- Recipients must be enrolled at least part-time to remain eligible for this scholarship.
- Recipients must be pursuing a major in Modern Jewish Studies or a minor in Jewish Studies.
Study Abroad Requirements:
- Recipients must be matriculated students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, or teaching credential.
- All majors are eligible.
- Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a major in Modern Jewish Studies or a minor in Jewish Studies.
- Recipients must be participating in an SDSU approved study abroad program in Israel at the time the award is disbursed.
- Recipients must be enrolled at least part-time to remain eligible for this scholarship.
