Gordon Gastil Endowed Scholarship

The Gordon Gastil Endowed Scholarship will be utilized by the College of Sciences for scholarships to students in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences.

To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.

If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.

Requirements:

• Recipients must be students pursuing a degree in Geological Sciences.
• All class levels are eligible.
• Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.80 out of 4.00 or the arithmetic equivalent.
• Preference will be given to students conducting field-based research projects.
• Undergraduate students must be enrolled at least part-time to remain eligible for this scholarship.
• Graduate students must be enrolled in 6 units to remain eligible for this scholarship.
