Los Angeles Regional Council Endowed Scholarship
The Los Angeles Regional Council Endowed Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who are permanent residents of Los Angeles County and enrolled in any program or college at SDSU. This scholarship is not a recruitment scholarship.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- Recipients must have a permanent address in Los Angeles County.
- Recipients must be undergraduate students.
- All majors are eligible.
- Recipients must have a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA out of 4.00, or the arithmetic equivalent.
- Recipients must be enrolled full-time.
- Recipients must have financial need, as determined by the SDSU Financial Aid Office.
- Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.

- Submit an essay outlining your history, aspirations, and career goals and how receiving this scholarship will help you achieve your goals. You must provide your permanent Los Angeles County address in your essay.
