Charles Hostler Institute Study Abroad Scholarship
The Charles Hostler Institute Scholarship is an academic merit-based scholarship that will provide support for students to study abroad who are enrolled in the Fowler College of Business, or who are pursuing a major in International Business, a joint program offered through the Fowler College of Business and the College of Arts and Letters.
To apply for this scholarship, submit a General Application.
If you do not meet all of these requirements in a given term, you may lose your scholarship eligibility and your scholarship may be canceled.
Requirements:
- Recipients must be enrolled in a semester-length study abroad program.
- Recipients must be students in Fowler College of Business or students pursuing a major in International Business.
- Recipients must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, or the arithmetic equivalent.
- To be considered for renewal, recipients must reapply and meet all eligibility criteria.
- Recipient(s) must be enrolled full-time.
- Applicants must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application by the scholarship opportunity’s deadline for financial need to be determined.
- Recipients must have financial need, as determined by the SDSU Financial Aid Office.
